Can you tell me these which screws these are?

I know its a stupid question, I think the green is the idle screw, what is the yellow one below? Also can anyone Identify this carb? its a 1bbl, that has Elkton 12R 6223B in the corner.​

looks like the green one is idle adjust, screw it in and see if it opens the throttle plate... the yellow one looks like it is probably idle mixture adjustment.

I believe the green one is the "idle speed" adjustment screw and the yellow is the "idle mixture" adjusting screw. The green one might be however the fast idle speed screw when the choke is on.

So, if it is idling high i would unscrew the green one correct? Thanks guys.
