I remember a lotta "boxcar" axle bearing warranty back in the day, here on the W Coast, not sure if that means anything.
In 1970 a large majority of Darts came from Windsor and a minority from LA. All 3 of mine came from Windsor. 2 were sold on the East Coast (Maryland and Tennessee) and the GT was sold in California with CA emissions (go figure). I was at an all makes show in Washington State several years ago where the judges determined what classes you qualified for. Imagine my surprise when I took a trophy for Best Import. I asked the judge about it and he replied, "we know where that car was built!"

Pretty sure every one of the 16 or so that I have owned were built in Windsor Ontario.
Oh, models (I need to read more closely) my 70 Swinger, Custom and GT all came from Windsor, as did my buddy's Swinger 340 so yes all models of Dart were made in Windsor in 70
Except I’m asking about a 68 dart 270 2 door car with a slant. Kim
I thought the 68/69 models were assembled in Hamtramck or Los Angeles.
My brother's 68 GT was built in Hamtramck.
