Candy cane hole repair.

1965 Dodge Dart GT. Previous owner drilled holes in the trim and re-attached with screws. Since these are aluminum, what would be the best way to fill in the holes so I can buff the trim back to like new condition. Would plumbing solder or aluminum welding work?

Or silver solder with a pencil torch. Something similar:

That stuff is so thin I`d be afraid to light up on it with a tig.
I`d want some scrap to see if the machine would go low enough, even with stainless trim.
