We had a car show at work a couple weeks ago. I normally don't bother with car shows but I had to work anyway... There were about 40 cars. I forgot my camera in the truck, but they had a photographer take pictures for the internal website and the monitors in the halls. This is the reduced version of his pic.

I got a lot attention. I still had my fire jacket and helmet inside. People asked me if I raced... I said, "Every Wednesday." I still had rubber on the quarters and bumper...

I almost puked when they announced that a Cobra kit with a Chevy motor won... ukel: I guess he had a lot of buddies voting...

My car needs to be repainted, I wasn't really competing. (Car show on company time BSing about cars and free food if you bring your car) There were many cars nicer than that Cobra. As a matter of fact there was another Cobra with a Ford motor.
