Car won't start 3rd round

New battery, new starter, new cable from starter relay to starter, welding cable from battery to relay. Ground landed on starter from firewall. Battery ground on passenger frame rail. Car spins over like a champ all day until about the 5th pass it just goes to a click only. Car runs fine if jumped and no alternator. I'm at a loss..

Did this no start situation manifest itself before or after all of the "new" parts?

Load test the battery.

Just re read it the main battery neg cable should go to the engine not the chassis. The chassis ground is usually 10 gauge.
