I currently have a 670 street avenger carb with 72 jets in primary and 78 jets in secondary. Its been getting me down the track @13.3 @103. Would going to a 650 double pump net me more power or a better MPH or would i need to step up to 750.

the car is a 70 dart swinger with 360 magnum, unkown specs on cam but bigger than stock, eddy rpm, 670 streetavenger, TTI thermal headers, A904 with 2200 stall, 8 3/4 with 2:76 gears, but after this weekend switching to 3:55 gears.

If you are going to a 3.55 leave the carb as is for now and see what the car does. 60' and trap rpm will change a lot. IMO Carb sizing is all about matching the combo and intended use.
I run a Demon 650DP and currently tuning a 750DP on my Magnum 360. So far top end increased 2 mph. I'm playing with pump shot to get the thing to 60' like the 650.

Keep in mind that "670" has the same throttle bore and venturi sizes as a 1850 holley. Definitely not ideal on the track.
