Carburetor Identification

Trying to identify this Carter four-barrel. I believe it's a 68 or 69. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Number looks like
HI 9026 SA . That is the only number I could find on the carb.

Lots of them didn't get stamped good. I just "happen" to be familiar with a lot of those older Carter Competition carburetor numbers and I knew that's what it was. Pure luck. lol
