Ok now that i got the radiator thing figured out its time to ask about a Carburetor im looking at both the Proform 850 or the Mighty 850 Demon ive had to smaller demons on my small blocks an loved them an i have a buddy that has a 950 proform on a GTO an he swears on it what would be the better of the two?the motor is a 69hp out of a Charger R/T the lower end is 30 over but not sure of the pistons or what the comp. is i was 8 when my dad built it an he cant remember,it has a 557mp cam a 1.5 Harlin sharps, with mild port work done at home fender well headers an thats it so far other then that its stock but iv got plans to go bigger down the road!let me know if ya need more info on it

Ive used Proform carbs befpre and was happy with it. Should be cheaper also.

ya i know the race one dosnt hav a choke. But how is that carb type on the street being a race only carb?:???:

proform 750 double pumper race style carb on my rollercamed 340 starts just as easy as my bone stock chevy caprice does with it´s quadrajet
the proform works great and realy respondes to any changes i make to it only thing i didnt like was that the floatlevel whas set way high when i got it ,same on another proform i a friend of me bought, but thats so easily fixed that it doesnt realy matter anyway... drives just as good on the street as my 2barrel 318 once did until you slam the pedal to the floor and every bit of traction is lost;) so it works great
