Hi all, Just to let you know.. I spoke with someone today from Carlise events.
I asked about the PA tax info and I was told that PA is starting to clamp down on the tax. The person told me that they have been very light on pushing the issue and they are advising Vendors to fill out the required applications.SO.. I wouldn't panic! Nobody is going to be standing at the gate not letting you enter without this documentation. I was told however that the PA tax people could fine vendors.. I'm basing all of this on what I was told today,PLEASE...don't shoot the messenger! lol.. This info is for us all! I just want to go and buy/sell a few parts,drink some cold ones and enjoy our incredible hobby! I hope this helps to ease some minds as it did mine! My mind is not like it use to be though!! lol.. Just get a Pa vender tax number. It's no big deal. I have had one for years. Say you sell 300.00 you pay them 18.00. No big deal. You do it right over the phone. Takes 5 minuts.
 
I'm going irregardless. I don't really need anything but my wife and I like walking through the swap meet.
 
This is really for all the vendors.
6 of us in total have been going for the last 4 years and just started selling a few parts last year in our vendor spots. We only sell a couple hundred bucks worth and end up spending it on beer! We just enjoy the whole thing and buy more parts than we sell! lol.. I can't wait..
