I have a Carter AVS, part number 4966 S, it is a 625 CFM for a '71 mopar 440 auto according to this site:

I have been sitting on this carb for over 20 years. It does have the tag on the top screw. Throttle blades and secondary valve move very freely. Choke and secondary linkage is still there. Can provide additional pictures upon request no problem. Asking $45 plus shipping. PM me here. Parts are in Hampstead Maryland. Thanks for looking,
