Cast crank or forged steel crank on 360RV?

In my 360 out of an RV, how do I tell if I have a cast crank or a forged steel crank? Also
how do I know if it is externally or internally balanced? May sound untrained, but I am
just getting started with restorations--your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If it is a 360, it is cast. Period.
