Center lines all wheels are 5 on 4 for small bolt pattern. Rears will only work if you have springs moved into the frame rails, or some kind of tubed rear end, tires included:

fronts are 15 x 3 1/2 small bolt pattern
rears are 15 x 11 small bolt pattern 7 1/2 back space
3 center caps, one is missing
