Just finished the latest 496. Well it looks like we'll have to bite the bullet and get some stock port window, aftermarket single plane intakes so we can see what these engines will really do. All of our really good single planes are ported to something between max wedge and stock. So anyway, that being the case, here is what happened with a 496 we finished using the owner's Edelbrock Torker II, the Torker II and our 2" spacer and our Edelbrock Performer RPM w/o any spacer.

Street engine 91 octane
Pro Systems 1000cfm 4150
Manifolds listed above
Our ported Edelbrock RPM heads, 2.14/1.81 valves
Lunati solid street roller
Eagle 4.15 rotating assembly, Diamond pistons, 10.3:1

I guess none of the combinations are going to feel very slow.

Nice nunbers... How well do these work,on a healthy stock stroke 440,(done right,906/915's worked..)?

Is the performer an rpm, or an rpm air gap? Or do they make that for a big block?

For big block Mopars there are no manifolds named "air gap" as all of them are an "air gap" design except for the Max Wedge Cross Ram manifolds.
