I've learned a ton and had to rethink a lot I thought I knew.
If we ever stop learning we'll fall behind.
I've got my engine and tranny where I want and beat that book to death.
Now I'm starting on the chassis, I've changed my mine on a drag car
to more an autocross style.
I can't wait to see how you do at the track!

About as dry a book as you'll ever read. You'll find yourself nodding off mid-sentence.

I'm reading it now. It's a little dated. At least the one I just bought new is. I don't know if there's a newer edition. Mine's 1990. Dry, yes, but seems informative. Some paragraphs take me a bit to comprehend, I figure it's a textbook, essentially.

Lots of theory and such. If you can grasp what he's writing and see it as it applies to the car, then it makes lots of the "voodoo" more clear.

The mopar chassis book is good too, BUT, it tries to sell you on the SS rear springs a little too much for my taste. The front suspension stuff/info is good.
