For those that can watch the short video his concept is pretty cool for us back yard engineering types, I haven’t seen this method yet for a simple flow bench idea.

Never seen this before, don't know what to make of it, but I clicked on the "play" button to watch what was posted. I got a pop-up requesting for someone to track where I'm at. I clicked "deny" and the video instantly stopped. This is strange!!

That is strange sorry it’s probably China wanted to track us I’m sure, probably started as a TikTok video. Did you at least see how the buoyancy tube was measuring by the vacuum I found that kind of interesting.

I think @MOPAROFFICIAL built his bench out of a vacuum of some sort. Maybe he'll chime in and tell us about.

Would have been nice to see where the ends of his metering tube were placed :wtf:
It's called a manonmeter. One end is open to atmosphere and that high end connects to the vacuum source. The harder the vacuum pulls, the higher the fluid will go in the tube. I have one of these things connected to the radon pump connected to my sump pump system. You can get relative flow data but I don't know how sensitive it can be.

Like the idea of simple percentages as he had an overall 17% increase in flow. Of course we are missing velocities, lift characteristics. But I think for a basic home port this would be useful at least to sync up the ports and give you reference data.
