the were like that i got them. i'm assumin they had surface rust issues. the grindin marks can be fixed with sandin and polishing.

Are they chrome or stainless? I'm thinking grinder marks on chrome won't buff out, but stainless will. Probably better for rechrome. Bump for ya.
