Looking for a good way to clean oxidation off the outside of a distributor. Got a couple to play with from the salvage yard and they are pretty rough on the outside. Surprisingly clean on the inside.

Ask and ye shall receive.
One of them has a brand new pickup, but the spring clip that holds it down was munched. I expect it wasn't installed correctly. I haven't checked the advance cans but they're pretty rusty on the outside. Unfortunately they are both higher mech adv units. One is 30 and the other 34. I'll be welding these up.

I've used aluminum spray wheel cleaner with success.
Glass beads.
