Clear coat blocking

Whats the most aggresive grit to use on clear coat. Plan on putting another coat or two on after sanding but got some runs to block out first.
 
Before you do any blocking, take a razor blade with 3/4" tape on either side.Lightly scrape away the excess clear,the tape will keep you from taking off too much material.......paitence is the key.

Thanks for the tip on the razor blade. I was looking for the tool to purchase to do this but can't find one. This will probably work just as good and it's a lot cheaper.
 
I use a "nib file". They aren't that expensive.(under twenty bucks)
I do the razor blade thing to once in a while.
I don't get many runs anymore, but I probably just jinxed that!:toothy10:

I don't call them runs, I call them "air flow indicators" LOL!

I will use 800 grit for a flow coat
