Clutch issues

64 Barracuda, fresh 318
new 3 fingered clutch etc.
122T flywheel
I think its a perfection clutch kit
Long story short, 1 of the 3 fingers is not resting against the throwout bearing when the clutch is engaged.(at rest)Its either stuck or defective. I know I am probably going to have to pull everything out and start fresh. But if there is anyone out there who has had this issue or knows some voodoo ball peen magic to fix this in place, let me know.

PS IM running a hydraulic slave cylinder clutch

Loosen all the pressure plate mount bolts until the clutch disc is loose.

Then evenly tighten the pressure plate mount bolts tightening each one a little at a time going around the clock.

Draw that pressure plate down nice and evenly and then the 3 fingers will sit straight.
