I know this sounds dumb but, I am trying to install the rod from clutch pedal to zbar, I got the kit from brewers with the clips for the clutch rod but I am not sure how they go on. The hole is offset from one side to the other so if you look directly at it u see part of the other side of the clip. Do I force these onto the the front of the rod and they hold the rod from slipping off. Or do they slip over the rod and clip on both sides. If i slip one side of the clip on it clips on easy but seems flimsy or do I force both sides onto the little stub? Pic would be nice. I went through alot of the old forums I found one with pic but the guys wasnt sure of his set up either.
