i have a rally dash out of a 70 dart 340, with radio(does not work, just for the look), wiring harness that is not hacked up, dash frame. it is completly redone with a real nice pad on it. this is not a perfect restoration, but is great for a put in and go driver.
i have alot of hours into the setup, but going different route. 1,300.00 or reasonable offer that is not a lowball offer.

located 30 minutes from martinsville international sppedway in va. depends what you have, i would consider partial trades

FIRST PIC IS BEFORE THE RESTO.

I WILL WORK WITH THE BUYER ON THE SHIPPING, AS I WANT TO INSURE IT FOR THE VALUE, AND LETTING THEM BOX IT, SO IT WOULD BE COVERED. I AM EASY TO DEAL WITH. TALK TO ME

THIS HAD NOTHING BROKE ON THE PLASTIC FACE, and all the plug-ins in the circuitboard are tight

test the gauges with a 6V lantern battery with 2wires and clips, its easy, youll get the $$,speedo use a length ofcable, drill in rev and watch it function

dam thats a lot of coin for a dash. Nothing I can afford. Good luck with the sale.

well. all of the guages do work.

as far as being alot of cash. yes, i agree, but lets disect this situation.lol

cluster 350.
wiring harness 200.00
nice dashframe 200.00
glove box door trim 100.00+
dashpad in great shape. i paid 160.00

and that is before you have to pay to get one restored.

so i think my price is in line with the cost accociated with restoring one

Oh I completely agree. Im speaking for myself as a broke college student. I cant swing something like that. I would love to but gotta worry about whats most important first. Im sure you will find the right buyer.

That thing sure did turn out sweet looking!

what route are you thinking of going now?

good luck on the sale!

I think it is very fairly priced, even in todays market. I sold a complete dash out of a 74 Duster ( a/c, but nothing special about it ) that wasn't in nearly as good condition a couple years ago for $1950 ( no, I didn't miss a decimal ).

Thats a beautiful dash you got there 340 and best of luck with the sale!

holy cow!!!!!! I bought my entire 72 duster with nice complete (non rally) dash....for 4x less than that LOL.

I agree though....I think its priced fair when you take and look at what it would cost to build one.

frame, bezels, gauges, wiring, glove box door and trim, dash pad and so on and so forth.

just all about finding the right buyer

well, it is not a fire sale, as you can tell by the price. i amy wind up putting it in that 340 dart if it does not sell.lol.

but the scamp may be turned back into a perfect daily driver that i can afford to put gas in every day. it scares me everytime i look at the gas pumps, and it just keeps going up and up.

Are these A body dashes interchangeable? I.E. could you bolt this into, say, a '67 Barracuda and retain all of the functionality? Forgive my ignorance, I'm pretty new to Mopars. Thanks!

Beautiful dash by the way!

It is my understanding that it can be done, but that it may take a bit of work. However, I'm sure someone will chime in saying yes they've done it for no, they tried and it didn't work...

Yes if done completely which means speedometer head and cable would need be matched set of 67 or 68 up and the heayer controller would need to be 68 and up, and the radio would need to be 68 and up.
The main harness connections are all the same, except for the hazard flasher. The switch and connector moved in 1970 I think.
So that's all the differences I can think of. from 67 through 72 that aren't cosmetic. The pics should how wrong it looks for a 67.
