Can Anyone Give Me The Mesurement From The Front Of A Console In A 73 Duster (or Any Duster) To The Firewall I Think Thats The Last Piece Of The Puzzle Then I Can Install Mine.

i am about to install a console in my 68 dart...

is it not sufficient to install the console by lining the torque shaft from the tranny bracket to the shifter, then mount the shifter bracket to the tranny tunnel and the rest should fall in place after that.. that was my plan, is it not that simple?
