Contacting MAD electrical

Ive been trying to contact "MAD" to get some connectors, wire and diagram for trunk mounting my battery that will be acceptable for NHRA. Been trying for a few weeks now with no answer and no machine to let a message. Anyone else ever use them and is this normal for them?
