Took the trim off from the front windows on my 69 Barracuda. I noticed some kind of sealer or weather strip. What is recommended to put in here when reinstalling the trim piece?

It is a foam self adhesive strip.
Several sellers sell the kit. Detroit muscle is one that I recommend.
I used new clean paint thinner, and a bunch of muscle to get mine cleaned up
Be careful with the foam that comes off. It has turned into a gooey sticky messy gunk.

I used the foam sealer strip they sell for sealing up window air conditioners to the window frame. They sell it at any hardware or big box store for about $5
