Converting from 2 speed wipers to 3 speed.

I want to change my wipers from two speed to three speed variable wipers.I know I need to change the wiper motor and switch.Can I use the 2 speed linkage arms.It seems this is what I did on converting a B Body over years ago.I just had tu use the arm on the 3 speed wiper motor.
