Sorry, but this is for my brothers 502 BBC. Just came in, expensive as hell, he paid $3200. I want one, and sure wish SOMEONE would make SOMETHING like this for mopar small blocks...here's the kit from summit.

Looks like it would give more power at very high rpm and give up some torque on the low end since the runners are shorter and fatter. Probably mostly hype, but report back if it gives any performance improvement.

I've installed a bunch of the Ramjet engines in customer cars. They work pretty darn good. Word of note, those MEFI engine controllers are not very tuner friendly, and you might find altitude compensation to be a bit lacking (it's technically a marine ECM).

good luck getting the fuel rails out while it's in the car....

why you say that?

the upper manifold unbolts from the lower unit. held on by 8 bolts.:)

It's a good design. It's easy to work on. Connecting to the fuel rails and regulator are easier for someone with smaller hands than I, but I still get it done. You guys are really gonna like this puppy.

Technically apples and oranges. The GM manifold is a really good piece and the supporting ECM and wiring are more than capable. As is on an oval port headed big block it will support 550hp. You just have to be sure the foundation is within the acceptable parameters. (ie, cam, compression, et al.)
Was not meant to be apples to apples....more of if that is the "look" you are after. Pretty sure there is a guy on another site that built an intake that "looks" like that with a throttle body that "looks" like that as well....and is using BS3 (?) to control it......
