Copper head gaskets/ valve lash

Has anybody used the copper head gaskets, any problems, is it true they can be re-used?
Does anybody have a copy of the valve lash adjustment chart for solid lifters?

i have copper headgaskets with o-rings in my 340 and they have worked great dont know if they can bee re-used but i have HEARD it from alot of people that they are re-usable, next spring i will KNOW if they are;)
