hey guys just bought my first mopar, a 1971 dodge demon slant six with a soon to be installed 1969 340 hi-po engine. butt later on that, me and my dad are doing some body work and the car appears to have factory paint under the trunk lid and in the rear of the firewall and in other various places, what i was wondering is that it looks like a Chrysler F3 (Amber Sherwood Poly). but the fender tag indicates an F3. so i decoded the fender tag on mymopar.com and got this:

Dodge F3: (Medium Green Poly) is completely different from Chrysler F3: (Amber Sherwood Poly). but what i was wondering was that the fender tag indicates that the car was originally (F3 Medium Green Poly). but is there any chance that a chrysler color (F3 Amber Sherwood Poly) was used on it factory? being a chrysler product, or would of dodge only used dodge colors and chrysler colors were seperate, any help is greatly appreciated.:headbang:
