I was looking around on the net and found a free download of the ATSG A-500/42RH manual. If I share this information in a public forum, will that get me into legal trouble? There are many more trans manuals and info there, but if this is copyright protected info, I don't want to get thrown in jail trying to help out my fellow automotive enthusiasts.

To be clear, I never put this info there, I just found it. Not sure if I'm even going to download it. Any thoughts?

I think freely sharing is not an issue - attempt to sell the info and you run right up against it!

Agreed. Look at all the service manuals for cars are out on the internet. Trust me, nobody is going to come knocking on your door for sharing a link that someone else provided.

Knowing that, I would love have a copy. :) If you aren't comfortable sharing, I will, just PM the link.
