Couple SB Alternator Or Power Steering Brackets?

This is a Couple SB Alternator Or Power Steering Brackets?
I think one is a alternator bracket, and the other is a power
steering bracket, but I'm not sure. They were in a box marked
1970 340. Maybe someone on here knows for sure, and can fill
me in.

Pretty sure top one with threaded boss is ps pump. Other one alt.
