Thats what happens to the 8-10% seller/buyer fees. Nice cars nice housemust be nice to be rich-DAMMIT.
I do like the concept of have a turntable in the middle and the cars or trucks around the outside. It's like what the railroads did, a roundhouse for the locomotives and the turntable in the middle to move them out.

Basic run of the mill 4 door sedan... prices suck
basic run of the mill 2 door sedan or coupe... prices get better
basic run of the mill convertible... prices a lot better.
