Just curious what's the best stroker kit for the 360 MP Magnum crate motor?

Not sure about "the best", but I like the kits from Manicini, unbalanced.

Holy Smokes:

If you're going to put a stroker in it, buy a 5.9 out of a junkyard to start with. Save yourself a LOT of money.

Already got roller cam motor complete from top to bottom and front to back with tti's to the tailpipes. Plus a rebuilt tranny. Motor was new crate motor. Has only 11K on it. Was dirt cheap too.

Wanna see what it would take to stroke it before installing in another car.

Thanks

Then sell it and use a cheap core from the junkers to build your stroker. With the difference, you'll defray a helluva lot of the stroking expense. All you'd be using from your crate motor is the block and maybe the rods.

What does a Cheap core cost? I still have to buy a stroker kit plus any machine work on a junker. Not sure if I'm following you. The 5.9L 360 Crate Magnum was from a wrecked 70 Dart. Would stroke to a 6.4L. Where is the defrayed cost?
