Cutout/reducer that bolts directly to header flange?

Gentlemen,
This seems like a no-brainer but for the life of me, I can't find one for sale. Does anyone make an exhaust cutout that bolts to standard 3-bolt header pattern, dumps out the diverter with a standard 3-bolt flange, and the straight portion reduces to 2.5 to weld/clamp/whatever to exhaust system?

Most all of the kits are designed to go 'inline'. That's why you don't see what you want. However, you can easily have a local place weld on a 3 bolt flange to one end. Another option would be to combine these two kits if you want to avoid any welding.

If you decide to go the welding route, you'd get these flanges instead of the collector reducers. You'd also have to slightly expand the Y to fit into the 3" flange hole.

Thank you, looks like there is no way around clamping/welding. I think I will go ahead and have the cutouts welded to my current reducer/collector.
