It's about 1-1/2" long and 3/4" tall

Maybe '65 Dart, or, Dodge? Any casting number that you can read? Should be down in the groove on the back side.

Yep and it's a bit embarrassing.

Looks like it is for / from my mom's 65 Mustang
Ford part number decoder says it's from a Fairlane. But it is the casting number and we all know about ford casting numbers!
