Danica Patrick Confirms: NASCAR Full-Time In 2012

Danica Patrick confirmed earlier today she is going to race full-time in the Nationwide series in 2012 as part of JR Motorsports. She'll also take a few Sprint Cup rides for Stewart-Haas as Tony Stewart starts to expand his team.
Should be interesting, but I'm sorry to see her leave open wheel racing. Indy cars need all the drawing power they can get.
Just wait until "Krybaby" Kyle gets put in the wall by Danica!
 
She bitches a lot too, I give her one maybe two seasons before she goes back to open wheel.
 
She has gotten alot more aggressive in her driving, which she really needed to do. And driving a full time schedule will probably boost her confidence more also. Now they can build the car better to suit her size since compared to the other drivers she's the size of a kid. As far as her bitching, I don't think she's any worse than some of the other drivers.
 
Did you catch raceday sunday on speed. Kyle Petty said everything but she sucks, but he ment that she did. Last year he was a Kasey Kahne hater.

She's marketing eye candy, that's it. She bitches cries and moans more than any other driver I've ever seen. Throws childish temper tantrums too. Like NASCAR needs anymore of that.
 
Kenny Wallace put it into perspective. He said when her and Dale Jr drive down the front stretch there will be 100$ bill flowing out the back. Yes this is a high marketing scheme jr motorsports has a great hold of. Go Daddy say it will put thier money where ever she goes.

Wow, the move to Nascar is well desirved for her since she proved herself in Indy cars (tongue in cheek) winning one race. Nascar can have her along with Toyota........ I havent watched a race since they let Toyota in. Sorry for the rant.
 
I did see that on Sunday and I bet she can out drive Kyle Petty
We all know it takes a strong will and determination to be competitive in Nation wide, they have some real good talent over there...
I think all she needs is a full time ride and she will be a top ten driver the first year myself.
Yes Go Daddy is there for her and she is a cute little gall, But before we toss her to the dogs take a close look at here skills and a need and will to race.. This is not like riding a bike and jumping back on it a year later, This is a none ending learning sport...
And with fuel injection coming next year in the Cup series it is going to be another blade on the raze'er to deal with so to speak.
You go girl!! in nhra one of the best lite (reaction time) in pro stock is Erica Enders, a little sweet gall.
I am looking forward to here racing full time in nation wide...
 
Sorry, I think she sucks, she dogged Nascar for several years saying she would never do it....now look :wack:

Cow Patty is all talk!! He just likes to ride around on his motorcycle with his little pony tail flying in the breeze living off his daddy's money. I bet Danica could beat his ***!! lol
 
I think I could stand seeing her in the winner's circle. I don't have any issue with her, at all.

I will eat my shorts , if she ever wins in Nationwide let alone cup. Just like Dale Jr every time i see an interview of him puts in my minid that he could not give a **** if he ever wins a race again , and maybe he never will.
 
The most over-rated driver ever to don a helmet, she's just a very effective marketing tool.
She is to racing what Milli Vanilli was to music.
Nascar deserves her, I quit watching when they switched to the soap box cars.
 
WOW A lot of hate here .. now how meny of u have ever been in nascar hmmm? none right . i would love to see u smack talkers out there get in a car and out drive her lmao . i bet u cant and as for petty if he had left his dads team then he mite have done some thing .... kind of like bill when he got smart and went with dodge in 01 he started wining agin ... the pettys aint been **** for years any way the kings still the king .....
 
Oh and jr needs to hang it up along with jeffy ... jr aint never got over his dad passing R I P ..... jeff just aint got it any more ..... jj is the only one thar even gets it any more so ya oh well
 
Well if she keeps her record up she won't make it in nascar. To be Honest she is not much of a driver.
