Excellent customer service.
I bought a windshield gasket a while back and when I finally got to unwrapping it found a deformity...so I sent an email with pics of the seal and after a phone call to the man himself to check stock.. that same day Dante shipped another one and sent a tracking number.

Not very often are things resolved this quick. What a pleasant surprise.
