My 66 Dart is giving me dash problems. The gauges all work fine and the high beam indicator works. The rest of the dash lites do not work. I traced the board and i have power at all of the sockets with a test lite. Changed all of the bulbs and cleaned the contacts. Didn't help. The ampmeter jumps around a little bit and the turn signal indicators do not lite up. The turn signals work but flash really slow on the left side and not at all on the right side. Could it be the voltage reducer that plugs into the back of the panel?
Need a little help here!

Check your ground to the dash unit. It grounds through the mounting screws and not through a wire from the dash. You may wish to add a ground wire and see if that helps. If the dash voltage regulator was out, your gauges would not work but the lights still would if the proper ground was present. The gauges actually ground through the sending units so that may be why they still work. The high beam bulb actually has two traces to it on my 63 dash so I assume yours is the same. It will work without a ground to the dash as well.
