dart/demon hood scoop inserts

hey guys. just wanted to know if anyone knows where to get or how to make the rubber inserts that go in the large holes in the hood under the scoops. thanks!!!

They are $36 shipped, I found a post on here several months ago where somebody had found a much cheaper alternative, can't find that thread now.
