Does anyone have a copy of the factory service manual that they can scan the door glass and quarter glass/track page from. I have my doors gutted and cant remember how it all goes together. I hate doors.

just finished my roller repair today. This is the drivers side. The
floaters go in the long track in the front and the roller with the pivot
goes in the shorty track in the back. Just dont forget the small roller
the is fastened to the arm that goes in the welded track on the inside
of the door panel!
Gots some busted up bloody knuckles from this job!

I just printed out the pages you need (7 pages) do you have a fax number? (Email me if you do)
It would be easier to fax rather than scan and email. Also worried about email size limit.

This will make sense once you start on it. If you are using a rebuild kit
make sure the short track fits the pivot roller before you get the regulator
in the car because I had to "tweak" the track to fit the new roller.
The pictures are from the drivers side, so it is mirrored for the passengers
side. The long track needs to be installed in the floaters before the
regulator gets bolted in or you won't be able to do it. The shorty track
in the back is easy.
Sequence I used was install long track in floaters, the install fixed little
white roller into horizontal track welded inside the inner door, then install
the long track upper stud, then install regulator screws, rear shorty
track studs. If you need the adjusting sequence for the window let me know.

Sorry it took so long but bit of a learning curve, but finally got my head around it.

I got mine from Year One, but I know RT supplies Year One. Had mine on
backorder for like 8 months!
I have some good rollers and one good pivot from my car in anyone needs
them.

I only need the two double rollers, just the ball and socket part.

i have one that you are welcome to, the other one has the molded over
part missing. I think a place called Jims auto parts sells the separate part.
You are welcome to the one I have that is good. I can also send the broken
off one with a standard roller and maybe you could make it work.
