Hello Mopar experts I have a 67 /6 Dart that I painted Viper Red and am doing the full 360 V8 drivetrain switch-a-roo. Not really a race car more of a hot rod to look good and cruise around in. I picked up a 76 318 scamp out of a field and planned on switching the front ends out. Once it was all part and I blasted the gunk off I found the K member to be cracked and the LCA shafts and strut rods to be bent. I ground and welded the K up and feel good about it but the LCAs are wasted.
1. Can I use the the LCAs off the 67 with the rest of the 76 brakes, UCAs, T bars etc?
2. Can I use the 67 strut bars on the 76 K member?
3. And how hard is it to change out the bushings in the LCA shafts?
Thank you very much, Joshua

The only difference in lower arms is the presence of and location of the sway bar attach tabs.
There is a slight length difference in lower arm pivot pins so you may need to buy new one or both.
There are tips and tricks on replacing lower arm bushings in several threads here.

I just installed QA1 tubular lowers and they fit 67-76 so there is no difference other than the the aforementioned sway bar mounts.

67 strut rods are a little longer than the 73-76 style-- i do not know what that does to the alignment specs.

Yeah I still haven't figured out why there is a little difference in the thread length of the strut rods unless it is related to their bushings design.
I know tow operators are too quick to throw their hook on a strut rod so a little bend is somewhat typical. They can be straightened though.
If you plan to use other than the OEM type rubber lower arm bushings you will need adjustable strut rods anyway.

I wasn'y lucky enough to have a front sway bar on either car so I will be welding on the tabs.

What is a pivot pin?

I called it lower arm pivot pin referring to the short shaft that has lower arm buching pressed on one end, K member and nut on other end.
Side by side comparison will reveal a small difference in lengths which could very well be related to the difference in strut rod lengths.
All of these hardly noticeable differences can create headaches which is why I recommended transplant everything.
