Hi
I am attempting to install the rocker trim on my '69 Dart GTS. This is the chrome piece that goes under the door, is attached at each end with 1 screw, and is about 3/4" wide and goes the entire distance of the rocker panel on the side of the car. Question I have is the plastic clips that go into the holes on the rocker... How do they stay attached? If i put the new ones in the holes they are a snug fit but are no way going to hold the trim tight to the body of the car (they will come out of thier holes easily).
