I drew this sketch up to actual dimensions to figure out the backspace I needed to get for my 1972 dart swinger. I figured I would post it encase anyone else wanted the information. I have the 1/2” offset kit and small bolt pattern 8 3/4” rear axle on my dart. I also drew stock spring location on it for reference. If you have changed to big bolt you would have to add some.

A-body Small bolt back space max on rear is 4 1/4"
A-body with big bolt axles back space max on rear is 4 1/2
A body with 3 inch inboard kit big bolt axles back space max on rear is 7 1/2

Max wheel width on a Duster / Demon is 12 inch under the car
Max wheel width on a Dart / Scamp / Barracuda is 10 inch under the car

This is with back space above 12 inch wheels and 29 x 14.5 tires They just clear quarters and springs

Depends on what size rim and if the rear springs are offset. I did my drawing with 7” and 8” wheels with stock spring location and with the 1/2” relocated springs. I also centered my axle when I relocated the perches so it’s the same on both sides. I’m using 8” rims with 5” backspace.
