I have a steering column out of a 1973 dodge dart swinger that is all factory with all the trim dark blue (to match the interior). It fits power steering applications and has the shifter mounted on the column.

I'm looking to trade for a steering column that fits the power steering box but does not have the shifter provisions. I'm swapping from a slant6/auto to a 340/4-speed and I don't want to have to grind off the column shifter.

The steering wheel mounted on it now is a Grant GT wheel with Satin Spokes, but I will most likely be keeping that.

Let me know if you're interested and I can e-mail pictures. Thanks for reading.

Morning bump... I know the odds of somebody seeing this and being interested aren't very good. Has anybody here performed a column shift delete? I like to think I'm fairly handy in the garage, but it seems like quite a lot of work to grind down the gear indicator gauge and remove the nub for the column shift handle.

Thanks

Here are some pictures of the column.
