Did the 73 duster come with a tach option ? if so do they make a reproduction tach? does it re arrange the cluster or need to replace entire cluster ?

No tach was offered from the factory on 72+ A-Body models that I'm aware of....
The Dixco hood tach is a cool option if you don't mind drilling your hood.
