I've had great luck with Back to Black also. 2 or 3 coats applied with time in between coats works wonders

Well, I'm gonna say try the Back to Black, and I hope it works for you. I bought a bottle of it and used it with very poor results twice. I threw the rest away. Hope it works for you.

Here is my dash cap I bought. I painted it with Year one Mopar 1965 medium blue interior paint . U must do a thorough prep and cleaning before spraying. works great. Dries fast.
