i am not in to wood grain so i am kicking
some things around
the frame flat black
and the cluster and stuff semi gloss black
this is just to see what it will look like
it will be redone
so what do u think

Too much black. Get out some silver model paint, a brush, and do a quick stencil on the borders, then it might look better.

I think it need some siver in there too. Or mabby go to the hardware store and get some wood grane shelf paper and cut it to fit and glue it on.

Sounds like a good idea but I agree that it needs something else. For one thing, it's still woodgrain, now it's just black woodgrain. Maybe smooth it out and paint it again, and I agree that some kind of accent would make it look better. Also in the pictures it looks too shiny for my taste.
