Decoding vin off of transmission

Anyone know what the following 4 speed main case decodes to?
I am trying to figure out where this case originated.

Tailshaft would likely rule out the B or A as long as it hadn't been swapped.

3047 date code is into late 1969, can't be right for a 68 model year trans if the stamps are legit.
