Defrost ducts

Looking for heater defrost ducks (tubing) for 67 Barracuda, used or new.

If you're not too hung up about originality, a lot of auto parts stores have heat riser tubing. This is flex tubing that connects the exhaust manifold heat shield to the the snorkel on the air cheaner housing. You need to know the diameter your car needs. Save the clamps off your old ones so you can attach them to the heater box and registers. You might also be able to install this stuff as a sleeve in the duct work you have now.

Typically it is made of metallic foil. Give it blast of flat or semi-gloss black paint before you install so it isn't an attention getter.

I've seen them advertise flex tubing made of plastic but they only sell it in 8' lengths, not cheap (plus shipping)

You can get the regular black ducting tube at any auto parts store as well. I believe the outlet from the heater box is bigger than the outlet from the defroster vent up on the dash. The tube will fit snugly inside of the heater box outlet and then snugly on the outside of the vent on the dash. Don't worry about it sitting inside of the heater box outlet, you'll never notice it restricting any of the air flow.

I believe it comes as one long piece and you cut it to whatever length you need.
