whats the best way to fix dents on inner fender some one did the old hammer thing at one time to fit header or somthing and what filler can i use that wont bubble up from heat

Any chance you can use a hammer and dolly to beat them back out?

I think some filler would be fine. Remenber, the outside of your car bakes in the hot sun too and good filler will hold up to that.
