Had someone interested in buying the Dart a while back.....or so he claims. He saw it on the trailer when I was hauling it home and asked about it. It did not happen as the guy had to sell a car and never did. Tossing around the idea of trying to sell it but have no idea what it is actually "worth". It is not a lost interest kind of thing...just don't know if I will ever be driven enough to finish it. Had planned on it being a street/strip car but with the very limited schedule at the nearby strip would be hard to justify me going down that road with it. Car is caged already. I know what i have in it, between the paint & fab work. If I do decide to dump it everything will go with it, the EFI Gen2 HEMI Crossram, a couple of complete b motors and misc other crap.
Truth of it is I need to build a house. Going to do the bulk of it myself so it is just going to be the materials. I have been spending some time in the garage lately working on the bike....and can see me putting the $$ it is going to take to finish the Dart into building/buying another bike.
Spoke to an appraiser....he claims with the car being unfinished, coupled with the fact of it being caged, mini tubbed, and being set up for a 4l80e it would be very tough for him to give me a fair number....not a big fan of EPay...don't want to spend the $$ on the fees just to "see what folks would be willing to pay"....Hmmmmm
